ESA invoice process
Parents select a plan, submit student and program details, and request an itemized invoice for ClassWallet, Odyssey or another participating program.
Verify the student’s active award and eligible service category.
Choose the Standard or Plus online learning service.
Submit parent, student, grade, state and service-period information.
Upload the invoice and supporting provider documents when requested.
Access begins within 24–48 hours after verified authorization or payment.

Student safety and data use
A parent or legal guardian must enroll and authorize participation for every minor student.
Microphone access is optional. Audio is processed to generate responses. Captions or transcripts may be processed by technology providers.
Authorized TUFF support staff and contracted providers may access only information needed to deliver, secure and support the service.
Information is retained as reasonably needed for service delivery, invoices, safety and legal or ESA records. Parents may request access, correction or deletion where permitted.
Students must not share Social Security numbers, passwords, financial information, medical records, home-access codes or other sensitive information.
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important academic, medical, legal, financial and safety information must be independently verified.
Parents should supervise younger students, review progress and remain available when microphone features are used.
Parents may use the enrollment form or call 1-888-431-6036 to report concerns and request human assistance.
The platform is not an emergency service. Stop the session and contact 911 or the appropriate authority if someone is in immediate danger.
Stop the interaction and report it to TUFF. Access may be suspended while the concern is reviewed.
TUFF uses parent authorization, limited educational use, access controls and parent data-request options where applicable. TUFF does not claim FERPA or COPPA certification or universal compliance without appropriate review.

Activation and service fulfillment
TUFF reviews the student, plan, subjects, state and payment method.

Students initiate sessions; all courses are self-paced and available anytime.
Unused minutes expire at the end of the monthly service period.

Separate human service
Human tutoring is a separate service from the TUFF AI Interactive Education Platform. Human tutors have separate availability, scheduling, pricing and qualification requirements. Marketplace eligibility depends on the applicable state program and the credentials required for the selected tutoring service.
