How Arkansas families can purchase TUFF.
TUFF provides interactive-learning services for eligible Arkansas families. Families should confirm TUFF’s current listing, eligible service category and available funds through the active EFA purchasing system.
1. Confirm eligibility
Confirm the student’s Arkansas EFA eligibility, available balance and permitted educational-service category.
2. Find or request TUFF
Use the current EFA purchasing system to locate or request TUFF AI Learning Academy and review the live service listing.
3. Wait for authorization
Submit the required purchase request and student information. TUFF confirms authorization before activating funded service.

TUFF supports eligible Arkansas EFA purchasing, subject to the current program listing and authorization. Families should confirm the live marketplace status before ordering.
Are funded purchases automatically approved?
No. The applicable program or marketplace controls eligibility and authorization. TUFF does not activate funded service until authorization is verified.
How many minutes are included?
Standard includes 400 total minutes; Plus includes 1,000 total minutes. Both use 20-minute interactive sessions during a 30-day service period.
Are academic outcomes guaranteed?
No specific grade, score or academic outcome is guaranteed. Results vary by student and participation.
